Core Mission of the Business Development Representative:
The Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) is crucial in constructing the sales pipeline that fuels the success and expansion of our B2B solutions. In this role, you will engage in thorough market research to identify promising business prospects and initiate contact. Additionally, you will spend time qualifying leads through calls and working alongside the sales team to create impactful BDR campaigns that include messages, calls, and emails.
This position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime. The expected work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, with any additional hours requiring prior approval. HTB adheres to all federal and state overtime regulations.
