In the role of Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical part in driving our growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing relationships with prospective clients, generating leads through marketing initiatives, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with clients to manage expectations and enhance their dubizzle experience.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets for client renewals and acquisitions.
- Become a knowledgeable expert on the Egyptian Real Estate sector by blending on-ground insights with high-level market data.
- Expand our market share by introducing our products to new clients.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients for acquisitions, renewals, and upgrades.
- Enhance client satisfaction through comprehensive account management services.
- Maintain an up-to-date reporting dashboard to reflect sales activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing teams to resolve any sales-related issues.
- Gather market insights and stay informed about local laws and development news.
