Role Overview:
In the capacity of a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering revenue growth through the acquisition and cultivation of strategic client relationships within the cross-border payments and FX domain. Your profound understanding of foreign exchange markets, alongside your expertise in payment solutions, will allow you to deliver customized strategies that drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, target, and secure new clients across key sectors, including financial institutions, corporate entities, e-commerce, and B2B platforms.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue and growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on FX risk management and cross-border payment strategies.
- Solution Expertise:
- Engage in consultative selling of Convera’s FX and payment solutions, encompassing hedging strategies, spot and forward contracts, and payment automation tools.
- Remain vigilant on market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to position Convera as a thought leader.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Operations) to guarantee seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the establishment of best practices in business development.
