As a Senior Business Analyst, you will find yourself at the confluence of intriguing clients facing complex challenges and dedicated software developers eager to create innovative solutions. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our technical teams. Your responsibilities will include defining the software outcomes, understanding its application, and collaborating with developers to craft bespoke applications. You will engage with clients from diverse sectors, ensuring that the software solutions we deliver consistently provide substantial business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to articulate a compelling product vision for clients.
- Facilitate workshops that yield tailored business solutions.
- Assist various industries in achieving meaningful, distinctive outcomes.
- Evaluate the current state and collaborate with clients to develop artifacts (e.g., personas, epics, user stories) to enhance project value.
- Lead analysis workshops utilizing agile methodologies alongside senior client stakeholders to establish a business vision, objectives, product roadmap, and project release plan.
- Act as the liaison between clients and your team, which includes subject matter experts (SMEs), C-suite executives, developers, quality analysts, technical architects, user experience designers, and project managers, to manage product backlogs and oversee software delivery.
- Work closely with colleagues on the analysis and design of complex business applications employing the latest technologies.
- Participate in the Business Analysis community of practice to share knowledge, mentor peers, and promote Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development best practices.
- Engage in agile teams that drive organizational transformations for medium to large-scale enterprises.
