We are seeking a Senior Behavioral Science Specialist with practical experience in applying behavioral science principles within a digital B2C context. This encompasses utilizing psychological and behavioral science insights to assist ZEAL in developing effective products and engaging experiences. Positioned within the User Research team, this role serves as an independent, strategic advisor to Product, UX, Marketing, and Research teams, converting behavioral insights into actionable recommendations that enhance decision-making, customer experience, and long-term engagement. The position merges scientific rigor with practical business acumen, bridging theoretical concepts with execution across ZEAL's ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities:
Advisory & Strategy
Serve as a subject matter expert to Product, UX, and Marketing teams on how behavioral science can enhance product design, communication, and customer journey experiences.
Translate psychological concepts—such as loss aversion, social proof, choice overload, commitment devices, temporal discounting, and cognitive load—into actionable strategies.
Collaborate with Product Management to assess emerging behavioral and eCommerce trends, evaluating their strategic relevance to ZEAL.
Drive product innovation by leveraging behavioral insights to identify unmet needs, new user motivations, and potential growth areas.
Application & Enablement
Assist UX teams in integrating behavioral principles into user flows and interaction designs to minimize friction and elevate conversion rates and overall user experience.
