About the Role
As a Senior Atlassian Consultant specializing in Service Management, you will assist organizations in designing and enhancing their service management framework through the use of Jira Service Management and related Atlassian tools. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse range of clients, from burgeoning enterprises to established organizations seeking to modernize their service delivery.
Your responsibilities will often commence with an assessment of current service operations, including:
