What You’ll Do
In this pivotal role within the Ecommerce Site Analytics team, you will spearhead A/B testing, site optimization, and advanced analytics initiatives. Collaborating closely with product managers, you will enhance site performance and ensure alignment with the ecommerce strategy. Your expertise in AI-driven automation and machine learning insights will be instrumental in uncovering growth opportunities, refining decision-making processes, and accelerating experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration and Optimization: Work alongside product managers to enhance site performance by utilizing experimentation and AI-driven insights to pinpoint and seize growth opportunities.
- Experimentation Framework + AI Analysis: Develop and oversee scalable testing frameworks, integrating AI for automated setup, analysis, and prioritization, while effectively communicating results.
- Data Analysis and AI Insights: Employ statistical and AI methodologies to reveal behavioral patterns, validate hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations to boost conversion rates and user experience.
- KPI Monitoring and Predictive Reporting: Create dashboards and automated reports, leveraging AI to forecast trends, identify anomalies, and proactively highlight growth opportunities.
