We are looking for an individual with profound expertise in AWS and Amazon Connect, who is ready to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative customer engagement tools. This position emphasizes creating secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions across various digital channels, including chat, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the seamless migration of contact center workloads from Genesys and LivePerson to Amazon Connect.
- Design and implement comprehensive chat, chatbot, SMS, email, and WhatsApp solutions utilizing Amazon Connect and AWS services.
- Develop and integrate custom chat widgets and portals, ensuring JWT authentication and secure API invocation.
- Build and maintain tailored widgets using AWS SDKs and APIs to enhance both agent and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of Amazon Connect with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Implement GenAI-powered solutions to enhance interactions for both customers and agents using tools like Amazon Bedrock and OpenAI.
- Ensure that all digital implementations are robust in security, scalability, and compliance.
- Diagnose and optimize digital setups in Amazon Connect, including routing, flows, and channel configurations.
