Your Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, test, and oversee information technology (IT) projects.
- Lead multiple simultaneous Alpha/Beta programs.
- Recruit a diverse pool of Alpha and Beta users, manage their interactions, and gather feedback through surveys and direct engagement.
- Organize and analyze user feedback to identify key themes and issues, generating impactful reports to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to establish testing workflows for new features, conduct internal acceptance testing, and manage device distribution.
- Facilitate company-wide communications, ensuring transparency regarding progress and risks, while coordinating with external vendors and partners.
- Develop strategic plans for testing phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards, and mentor junior program managers.
- Up to one day per week of telecommuting may be allowed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in the role or a closely related field.
- A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is acceptable with 3 years of relevant experience.
