What You Will Do:
- Design and develop scalable, production-grade Generative AI systems and services.
- Create and implement end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Integrate and orchestrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source alternatives for practical applications.
- Develop internal abstractions, SDKs, and reusable components to enhance Generative AI capabilities.
- Establish evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and monitoring systems for hallucination detection, drift management, and quality assurance.
- Optimize inference performance, cost efficiency, token utilization, and response time.
- Design multi-step agent workflows and tool integrations to ensure safety and reliability.
- Lead the transition from experimental projects to robust production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in Generative AI engineering.
- Oversee line management responsibilities for 1-2 junior engineers.
