Your Role
As a Senior AI Engineer at Voyfai, you will be instrumental in crafting, developing, and scaling LLM-driven and applied GenAI systems that enhance our main offerings. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to convert complex, unstructured challenges into effective, production-ready AI solutions.
This role is hands-on and focused on delivering tangible results. You will take full ownership from identifying use cases and designing prompts or models to deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving systems in production, with a strong emphasis on real-world reliability and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement LLM-driven and GenAI features for impactful, real-world applications.
Build and manage end-to-end GenAI pipelines, encompassing prompt design, model selection or fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
Integrate foundational models into production systems, prioritizing latency, cost-efficiency, reliability, and quality.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to convert vague business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
Oversee production AI systems, including monitoring, evaluation, guardrails, and feedback mechanisms.
Contribute to architectural choices regarding AI platforms, retrieval systems, vector databases, and LLMOps tooling.
Elevate the technical standard through code quality, documentation, and mentorship.
What You Bring:
Several years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a related role, with a hands-on focus on LLMs and applied GenAI in operational environments.
Strong grasp of LLM behavior, prompting techniques, evaluation strategies, and common failure modes.
Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions that drive business value.
