We are on the lookout for a Senior AI Analytics Engineer to serve as a strategic analytics partner across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams. This pivotal role is focused on establishing scalable analytics foundations, defining key metrics for Growth & Retention, and applying AI-driven methodologies to produce predictive and actionable insights that significantly impact revenue generation.
This position will also oversee B2B Customer 360 analytics, integrating product usage, commercial, operational, and engagement data to create a comprehensive customer overview. Prior experience in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success leaders to define and implement Growth & Retention KPIs (including acquisition, activation, expansion, churn, LTV, and NRR).
- Develop and sustain a B2B Customer 360 data model that unifies product usage, contracts, billing, support, engagement, and operational signals.
- Create and maintain analytics data models and semantic layers that facilitate dashboards and AI-driven insights.
- Design executive and operational dashboards focused on growth metrics and customer health indicators.
- Develop models for churn prediction, customer health scoring, and expansion propensity.
- Identify leading indicators for churn, renewal risk, and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize AI/ML and LLM-based techniques for automated insights generation, anomaly detection, opportunity and risk scoring, and natural language analytics (e.g., text-to-SQL, insight summaries).
- Ensure high data quality, reliability, and observability in collaboration with data engineering teams.
- Promote best practices in analytics engineering including testing, version control, documentation, and code reviews.
- Influence the analytics strategy and roadmap for Growth & Retention and Customer 360.
