We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven field sales professional to join our dynamic sales and account management team as a Senior Account Manager, specifically covering the South East region (candidates must reside within the area). This field sales position is primarily focused on cultivating lucrative new business opportunities while overseeing a portfolio of Yell’s mid-spend customers.
In your role as Senior Account Manager, you will have access to a comprehensive range of products designed to enable you to deliver valuable solutions to your clients. This includes offerings such as Pay Per Click, SEO, Agency Social, Yell.com, Smart Performance, Websites, Video, and Reputation Management.
Your main objective will be to retain, nurture, and enhance your clients’ investment in high-performing digital marketing solutions, while simultaneously pursuing new business opportunities. Your daily motivation will stem from the need to expand and elevate your clients’ digital portfolios, alongside attracting new high-value prospects seeking an agency-level solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, with annual spending between £5,000 and £12,000.
- Oversee overall account values totaling approximately £1 million annually.
- Nurture your existing customer base, with quarterly targets for retention and growth, while also sourcing new prospects independently.
- Drive sales growth through our extensive range of digital solutions (including agency products) and actively identify new digital opportunities by creating tailored advertising programs that align with clients’ needs and meet Yell agency minimum spend thresholds.
- Achieve your growth objectives by diligently identifying, pursuing, and securing new digital business opportunities within the market.
- Present Yell’s digital product portfolio at a high level, proposing optimal commercial models to maximize revenue and fulfill customer requirements.
- Foster enduring relationships with your account base.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, including Digital Account Directors (DADs), Key Account Directors (KADs), customer service teams, and the Yell agency.
