Required Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Marketing/Advertising roles.
Proven track record of managing relationships with enterprise or agency clients.
Adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
In-depth understanding of brand storytelling and marketing strategies.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to forecast, budget, and monitor project profitability.
Experience collaborating effectively with creative and production teams.
Familiarity with project management tools, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to identify upsell and growth opportunities within client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, positioning our agency as a trusted partner.
Collaborate with the President/ECD and Creative Directors on pitches, proposals, and treatments.
Transform client goals into clear project briefs for the production and creative teams.
- Convert complex creative and technical concepts into clear communication for clients.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables align with scope, budget, and client expectations.
Monitor account profitability and address any scope changes with clients and internal teams.
Proactively present innovative ideas, services, or content opportunities to clients.
Work with the marketing team to create impactful case studies and reels showcasing successful client collaborations.
Track key performance indicators such as repeat business, upsell percentages, and client satisfaction metrics.
