Join our dynamic regional commercial team as a Senior Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth with our existing partners. Your focus will be on identifying and leveraging growth opportunities within your partner portfolio, managing churn risks, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This exciting position is based in our Singapore office, and you will collaborate closely with the Global Account Management and Customer Success teams located around the globe. You will also engage with various functions within Wise Platform and the broader Wise organization, including product management, engineering, compliance & legal, delivery, and business development.
Your mission:
Work collaboratively with Wise Platform teams and partners to identify, progress, and close a robust pipeline of opportunities within your existing accounts, driving revenue and volume growth for Wise.
Develop and actively manage detailed account plans for key accounts, articulating growth strategies and managing attrition risks.
Build strong relationships with your partners by understanding their strategic goals, clarifying their priorities, and navigating their decision-making processes. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and establish yourself as a subject matter expert for your partners.
Employ a data-driven approach to influence decision-making among internal and external stakeholders.
Provide consistent and concise internal updates on partner performance and engagements, identifying blockers and leveraging support across various functions.
Advocate for the partner's voice to influence Wise Platform product roadmaps and develop compelling partner testimonials.
Participate in regional or global projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our account management function.
