This pivotal commercial role is dedicated to enhancing Flora Food Group's Industrial B2B growth across Europe.
As the Senior Account Manager for the Industrial sector, you will cultivate strategic partnerships with significant food manufacturers, processors, and ingredient users throughout the region—broadening our scope in oils, fats, plant-based solutions, and value-added ingredients. You'll develop and implement multi-market commercial strategies, negotiate complex deals, and collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to provide customer-focused innovations and achieve operational excellence.
This position merges strategic account management with proactive commercial execution in a dynamic, international landscape. You will represent Flora Food Group to some of the most prominent industrial clients in Europe.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Customer Experience & Strategic Account Leadership
- Oversee the entire customer experience, ensuring outstanding engagement and collaboration.
- Direct the commercial strategy, P&L, and long-term growth initiatives for a portfolio of European industrial clients.
- Enhance penetration within key industrial sectors, including bakery, dairy alternatives, ready meals, and broader food manufacturing categories.
- Foster robust senior-level connections across procurement, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams at client organizations.
