The Role:
This pivotal role involves spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at driving sales growth, particularly within our hotel accounts and distributor networks. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets while balancing customer retention and new business acquisition. A major focus will be on cultivating robust relationships with senior stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. As a senior representative of Molton Brown, you will act as a brand ambassador, enhancing visibility across various channels. Additionally, you'll lead and inspire a dedicated team of six to achieve commercial objectives and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Groups and Distributor sales team to drive sales and profitability aligned with our global hotel strategy.
- Collaborate with the Hotel Director to interpret and implement the global strategy for Groups and Distributors.
- Deliver sales and profitability outcomes in accordance with budget expectations.
