We are in search of a Senior Account Manager to spearhead strategic relationships for our CRM platform. This role transcends basic operational communication; we are looking for a seasoned, business-savvy professional who can drive product adoption, convey product value at a strategic level, and foster long-term partner success.
You will serve as the primary liaison between our CRM product and external partners, ensuring alignment, transparency, and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture relationships with key partners
• Proactively communicate product updates, releases, and roadmap changes
• Conduct high-level product demonstrations and strategic onboarding sessions
• Encourage CRM feature adoption, ensuring partners fully leverage platform capabilities
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion
• Translate partner feedback into structured business cases for Product and Tech teams
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives (Product, Tech, BI, Support)
• Monitor partner performance metrics, proactively suggesting improvements
• Prepare executive-level presentations and quarterly business review materials
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, CRM, SaaS, or B2B technology
• Strong experience managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts
• Proven track record of delivering product demonstrations to senior stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and C-level partners
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS growth models
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Background in iGaming, Fintech, or performance-driven industries
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs
• Experience collaborating with cross-border teams
