Job Summary
We are on the hunt for a Senior Account Executive (remote sales position) who possesses substantial B2B full sales cycle experience, along with a background in marketing, lead generation, and campaigns focused on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
This role is perfect for a top-tier closer who is well-versed in both sales and performance marketing, adept at confidently selling solutions that align with ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to deal closure.
- Generate and qualify leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and inbound channels.
- Present and sell solutions related to lead generation, paid media, and ROAS optimization.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure sales messaging aligns with campaign performance and funnel metrics.
- Conduct discovery calls to comprehend client objectives, KPIs, and marketing hurdles.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Monitor and report on critical metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and deal velocity.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize high-value deals with key decision-makers.
- Continuously enhance sales strategies based on insights from campaign performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Executive or closing roles (preferably B2B).
- Demonstrated success in selling marketing services, SaaS, or performance-driven solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of lead generation, paid advertising, funnels, and ROAS.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue targets and quotas.
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Adept at translating marketing metrics into business value and ROI discussions.
- Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced, high-performance environment.
