Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Outbound Account Executive at BambooHR, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process for new client acquisition. Your focus will be on strategic accounts and navigating complex, consultative sales cycles. Collaborating closely with your Business Development Representative (BDR), you will generate and advance your sales pipeline, engage with executive stakeholders, and consistently achieve revenue goals.
This position is tailored for a skilled sales professional who excels in outbound settings, prioritizes value-driven approaches, and exemplifies top-tier sales practices. You will play an essential role in broadening BambooHR’s market presence by helping potential clients recognize BambooHR as a strategic partner rather than just a solution provider.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the complete outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on acquiring new clients.
- Enhancing lead generation by complementing marketing efforts with proactive outbound prospecting.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships across various levels within target organizations, including C-suite executives, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Conducting in-depth, consultative sales discussions to assess customer needs and align BambooHR’s solutions accordingly.
- Implementing BambooHR’s sales methodologies to ensure consistent sales execution and exceed quotas.
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts, ensuring robust pipeline coverage, and thoroughly documenting all activities within the CRM.
- Exhibiting extensive product knowledge across BambooHR’s offerings.
- Collaborating with BDRs to convert prospects from latent interest to active engagement by instilling urgency and value.
- Setting the groundwork for long-term customer success through effective handovers to post-sales teams, identifying future growth prospects.
- Serving as a sales organization role model by sharing best practices, contributing to team development, and enhancing outbound sales standards.
