Your Responsibilities
- You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- You will be primarily responsible for our revenue (MRR), activities, and growth in your region.
- You will independently acquire physicians and act as a concept consultant to analyze and understand their needs and challenges, thereby creating genuine value with our product.
- You will regularly track your sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to measure your success.
Your Profile

- You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales/outside sales, preferably for B2B solutions.
- You excel in hunting and pitching skills.
- You have a high energy level, enjoy selling, and present yourself confidently, positively, and professionally.
- You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, are results-oriented, and have excellent organizational skills.
- You have exceptional communication abilities (written and spoken German skills at a minimum of C1 level).
- You hold a valid Class B driver's license.
