Your Profile

Do you thrive on the relentless pursuit of new business and possess a network of relationships that you can leverage from day one? Justworks is seeking a Senior Account Executive who is not merely looking for a job but is eager to dive in and make an immediate impact. This position is tailored for an experienced professional who comprehends the modern SaaS sales process and possesses extensive knowledge of the PEO sector, likely having experience with a competitor. This role is not about ramp-up; it’s a direct opportunity to succeed.
Your Mission
Your primary mission is to broaden our user base and drive substantial growth. As the face of Justworks, you will establish trust with business owners and advocate for our product suite within the small business community. Your success will be gauged by your ability to manage your own client portfolio, oversee a complete end-to-end sales pipeline, and consistently surpass your sales targets.
