Your Impact in This Position
As a Senior Account Executive, you will collaborate with some of the most dynamic companies globally to facilitate their product launches. Your role will involve a deep understanding of the customer’s objectives, including financial KPIs, vision, mission, key initiatives, organizational structures, and in-house manufacturing capabilities. Building strong relationships within their internal decision-making frameworks will be crucial.
You will gain insights into their product roadmaps, requirements, challenges, and priorities while also considering their partnerships with design collaborators and contract manufacturers. Equipped with this knowledge, you will tailor optimal solutions that enhance their market entry speed. Your focus will include identifying and cultivating both prototyping opportunities and full-scale manufacturing programs to expedite product development, launch, and delivery. Demonstrating strong leadership skills will be essential as you coordinate with the capable Fictiv team, ensuring you have support at every stage. You will be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentations and organizing face-to-face meetings, including sales meetings, quarterly business reviews, and tech days, to build trust, foster relationships, and gather account intelligence that aids in managing and expanding customer accounts.
