MAKE UP FOR EVER is on the hunt for a passionate Selling Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. This role is pivotal in driving sales through the education and support of Sephora stores in the Atlanta area while nurturing the love for MAKE UP FOR EVER and cultivating a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve retail sales goals by educating store management.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Foster and maintain relationships with Sephora leadership through consistent follow-ups.
- Effectively plan and manage time while working in-store to enhance revenue generation with SEE.
- Engage in store events and initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Market Specialist and SEE to develop regional sales initiatives that yield a positive ROI.
- Establish partnerships with store leadership to optimize store visits for maximum business impact, ensuring in-store coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor and facilitate all aspects of Gondola management, focusing on visual merchandising and inventory.
Education & Artistry:
- Be a stellar role model in education and artistry, leading by example.
- Provide consistent and effective training and artistry demonstrations.
- Act as a passionate and professional brand ambassador for both internal and external clients.
- Work alongside the Store Leadership team to identify and enhance areas for development in artistry, business acumen, and presentation.
