As a Security Guard at Bayut, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and company assets. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing access control, monitoring daily operations within the office, and ensuring adherence to security protocols and safety procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and prevent security breaches or suspicious activities.
● Manage access to the premises by verifying visitor identification and maintaining accurate logs.
● Ensure that all security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, are operational and report any malfunctions.
● Respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
● Perform routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
● Document all incidents, violations, and safety concerns and report them to the Senior Manager of Facilities.
● Assist in emergency procedures, including evacuations, fire drills, and incident management.
● Uphold company security policies and procedures at all times.
● Collaborate with internal departments and external authorities as needed.
● Maintain detailed daily logs and security reports.
