As a hands-on technical consultant, you will excel in delivering solutions and positioning our offerings throughout the sales cycle.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, positioning, and delivering product-specific solutions during sales cycles, all while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives in your designated territory.
- Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing sales team.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to assess customer challenges and demonstrate how our solutions align with their needs.
- Respond to technical inquiries and product feature questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow team members.
- Provide valuable feedback to product management on enhancements that can better serve our customers and add value.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and quality.
- Stay abreast of competitive analysis and market differentiation to enhance our sales strategies.
- Participate in marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
