At City Wide Facility Solutions, our Second Shift Supervisor, known internally as the Account Compliance Manager (ACM), plays a crucial role in this process. If you possess exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal capabilities, and thrive in dynamic environments, this position offers you the chance to lead operations, support our teams, and maintain quality standards.
As the eyes and ears after hours, you will visit client sites to assess work quality, address any issues, and ensure independent contractors adhere to our high standards. Collaborating closely with our Operations team, you will manage tasks ranging from onboarding new accounts to handling service escalations, all executed with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site contact during evening operations, fostering relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs) and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections, promptly respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinate seamless onboarding for new clients.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring ICs meet our expectations and recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain proactive communication with the Facility Solutions Manager regarding nightly activities, site issues, or escalation matters.
- Adhere to City Wide policies, ensuring compliance with client procedures and safety standards.
- Adapt to various environments, overseeing services in different settings, from offices to warehouses.
Work Schedule:
4 PM - 1 AM, Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-site supervision, operations, or management of janitorial services.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate independent workers.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of holding others accountable while maintaining positive relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile technology tools.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required, as this role is field-based.
