Position Overview
As a Seasonal Kitchen Assistant at Sur La Table, you will be integral in enhancing the culinary adventures of our customers. With enthusiasm for cooking, hospitality, and collaboration, the Seasonal Kitchen Assistant supports our chefs to ensure seamless class operations and uphold our standard of excellence, #bestincenter. You will assist in making culinary dreams a reality by supporting our chefs, interacting with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation
· Embodiment of Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating engaging and educational experiences that encourage customer loyalty.
· Maintain product expertise through ongoing training and independent research.
· Promote an exceptional customer experience by fostering a Guest Obsessed culture both in the kitchen and on the retail sales floor.
Sales & Business Performance
· Assist chefs in executing classes that encourage return visits and generate positive customer feedback.
