Crane Beach, welcoming over 350,000 visitors annually, is a benchmark for the conservation of diverse habitats and wildlife. Spanning over 1,200 acres of pristine beachfront, dunes, and maritime forest, we provide a unique seaside experience where visitors can swim, play, and unwind. As a Seasonal Kayak Guide, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, mission-driven, and engaging experience for all guests at Crane Estate. You will lead kayaking excursions and outdoor recreational programs while connecting guests with the natural beauty of the estate. The Crane Estate, encompassing over 2,000 acres, features remarkable paddle-friendly saltmarshes and diverse ecosystems, making it an ideal setting for outdoor activities. Our programming operates year-round, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and select holidays during peak seasons.
