Job Description:
- Reservation management and client distribution: Manage bookings, ensure efficient service time distribution, and guide clients to maximize service effectiveness.
- Communication and coordination: Relay any special requests from clients to the kitchen, concierge, and front desk, and coordinate client distribution among servers.
- Menu knowledge and advisory: Advise clients on the menu offerings and possess thorough knowledge of dishes, accompaniments, contents, and preparation methods.
- Service support and cleanliness maintenance: Assist with service, setup, and ensure cleanliness to uphold the hotel’s professional image.
- Client satisfaction and standards adherence: Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, follow Fairmont hotel standards, and participate in department meetings and training sessions.
