About Us:
The Trustees of Reservations, established in 1891 by a dedicated group of volunteers, stands as the nation's foremost conservation and preservation organization. We are committed to safeguarding exceptional properties of scenic, historic, and ecological importance throughout Massachusetts for the enjoyment and benefit of the public. Our mission is to ensure that these special places are protected for future generations, having successfully conserved over 50,000 acres, including more than 27,000 acres across 120+ public reservations. Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on relevant experience.
Housing: Note: For applicants from off the island, we have limited staff housing. Due to the summer demand for rental properties on the island, our staff can assist in finding summer rentals, although securing housing remains the responsibility of the employee.
Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Your Role:
If you have a passion for farms, local food, and sustainable agriculture, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with children aged 4 to 13, then this role is for you! At The Farm Institute’s Farm Camp, you will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for our 60 campers aged 4-13. Through hands-on barnyard and gardening activities, projects, and games, campers will forge meaningful connections with the land and the food we consume. As a camp educator, you will experience a fun, energetic, and rewarding role, taking on essential responsibilities to ensure the safety and engagement of our campers throughout the day.
