Make a Difference: Are you passionate about fostering the social-emotional health and wellness of campers in our outdoor camps this summer? Do you want to collaborate with camp staff to ensure every week at camp is a remarkable experience for all attendees?
Farmer, Forester, Chef! is a day camp situated at the historic Powisset Farm, a 109-acre working CSA vegetable farm featuring a vibrant learning garden, barnyard animals, culinary programs for all ages, scenic trails, and engaging educational initiatives that enrich the visitor experience.

The Opportunity:
As the Camp Behavior Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in behavioral modification and child development while valuing experiential and place-based education. You will enthusiastically share your knowledge to prepare staff, camp environments, caregivers, and campers for an enriching camp experience.
During the training week (June 15-19), you will collaborate with Camp Directors, review camper profiles, and design a 2-hour on-site workshop tailored to enhancing camp experiences.
