Seasonal Cabana Host / Guest Relations Specialist
As a Cabana Host / Guest Relations Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our cabana guests at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North. Your responsibilities will include preparing cabanas, warmly welcoming guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, and ensuring a clean and enjoyable environment throughout their stay.
- Greet guests upon their arrival at the cabana with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Provide guests with a comprehensive overview of the amenities and services available at our resort.
- Respond swiftly to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns they may have.
- Prepare cabanas in advance of guest arrivals to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of cabanas throughout the day, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders, ensuring timely service with excellent presentation.
- Coordinate with food and beverage team members to guarantee efficient service.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and comfort, contacting lifeguards or security when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety and health guidelines set forth by the waterpark.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in other guest services or operational tasks as required.
