About the Role:
Join the vibrant team at Soho House as a Barback at our Cecconi's Dumbo location. In this dynamic role, you will support our bartenders in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your mission is to enhance the efficiency of our bar operations by ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available for quick service. Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, preparing garnishes, and restocking essential items such as napkins, ice, straws, and glassware.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist bartenders and management in presenting the bar attractively and accessibly for guests.
- Stock alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wine, and beer, along with garnishes and mixers.
- Restock non-alcoholic beverages, such as sodas and juices.
- Keep liquor storage areas clean and organized.
- Prepare for events by stocking necessary supplies for expected guest volume.
- Replenish paper goods like cups and napkins at the bar.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage operations, or a strong desire to learn and excel.
- Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to perform well under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be capable of grasping, turning, and holding objects with hands.
