About the Position
As a School Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting schools in developing more effective, equitable, and innovative scheduling solutions. This position involves direct collaboration with school partners to guide them through the scheduling process, ensuring they fully leverage the benefits of our platform and support services.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include leading all customer-facing support initiatives:
- Managing a portfolio of school partnerships, providing comprehensive support throughout the customer journey.
- Overseeing the finalization of schedules, which entails problem-solving complex constraints and unique school requirements.
- Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including lead schedulers, principals, district leaders, and scheduling team members.
- Monitoring success metrics for each partner to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to district and school teams to ensure their scheduling aligns with broader operational goals.
