Join our dynamic team as a SCCM Administrator where you will provide advanced technical support and resolve intricate technical issues. You will act as a key escalation point for other technical support personnel, ensuring that all queries are addressed efficiently.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing, refining, and supporting deployment processes for operating systems and software distributions to end-user devices. You will ensure that technology implementations align with business objectives, meet user requirements, and proactively identify and rectify system issues.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Service Directors, Line Managers, and your team to drive process improvements. By analyzing ticket trends and service metrics, you will recommend enhancements and often spearhead implementation initiatives.
Engage with IT professionals and end-users to assess their needs concerning applications and packages. As part of your role, you will create, coordinate, and facilitate IT training programs for staff. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing documentation policies, standards, and procedures.
Developing comprehensive test plans and ensuring they are rigorously analyzed will be essential for your contributions to process improvement efforts. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings, presenting current challenges and proposing effective solutions. Continuous personal development through research and training in workstation support technologies and industry trends will be a priority for you.
You will meticulously track and report your efforts on assigned services to maintain transparency and accountability.
