About the Role:
As a Senior Consultant within our Banking and Payments team, you will engage in a vibrant team environment, partnering with industry experts to formulate effective strategies that address complex challenges faced by our clients. Your analytical insights will drive decision-making for managers and executives, influencing both proactive initiatives and real-time problem-solving across extensive programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and engage in client discussions focused on sales, servicing, and transaction processes across diverse banking products and segments.
- Develop structured frameworks, innovative solutions, and actionable recommendations that effectively tackle critical business process and technology system challenges, including their implementation and optimization.
- Assist project teams in assessing current operational performance metrics and forecasting improvements based on Capco’s insights.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams to achieve comprehensive client objectives.
- Work collaboratively within a team utilizing agile methodologies and cutting-edge software delivery techniques.
- Generate insights, analyses, and strategic recommendations to enhance client operational performance and deepen understanding of various financial products.
- Create new solutions, toolkits, and consulting methodologies applicable across Capco’s Banking & Payments practice.
