YOUR ROLE AT CELTIC BANK
- Oversee the commercial loan closing process, ensuring all closing requirements are satisfied and deadlines are met for each loan file in the pipeline.
- Verify the accuracy of loan files, including all necessary documentation, compliance with SBA lending standards, and satisfaction of credit conditions.
- Respond to audited loan packages to ensure adherence to bank and regulatory guidelines.
- Review closing documents for precision and cross-reference them against commitment and loan summaries.
- Identify and resolve any missing documentation or discrepancies in closing packages promptly.
- Clear loan commitment conditions, finalize loans for closing, and document any approved exceptions.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during the loan closing process.
- Regularly provide updates on production and loan status.
- Ensure the correct lien position on all collateral.
- Schedule loans for closing and prepare loan closing worksheets for funding.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, bank employees, and team members.
