Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with a friendly demeanor, guaranteeing a delightful experience from their arrival.
- Respond to phone inquiries and client questions swiftly and with professionalism.
- Keep a tidy and organized reception area, including well-presented retail displays.
- Manage financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Support retail sales by offering product knowledge and suggestions to clients.
- Oversee salon inventory and place orders for supplies as necessary.
- Work alongside the salon team to ensure smooth operations from reception to the cutting floor.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by the Store Manager, such as cleaning, prepping stations, and stocking supplies.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including local outreach and social media updates.
- Engage in ongoing Sport Clips training programs.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, receptionist roles, or salon coordination is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Familiarity with computer applications, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and professional attitude with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
