We are currently seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead II to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing flexibility in your work location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Marketing Cloud platform, including the solution roadmap, implementation, enhancements, release management, and ongoing support; collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to validate project requirements.
- Design scalable solutions for the Marketing Cloud, with a strong emphasis on integration with Sales Cloud; proficiently write SQL, Marketing Cloud Automations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud AmpScript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop comprehensive API solutions facilitating communication between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications; effectively utilize Cloud Pages and APIs; manage Data Extension Synchronization with Sales Cloud Objects.
- Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automations and Journeys, ensuring proper data population from data extensions into Sales Cloud, while managing task and event creation; oversee business unit deployments, utilizing deployment manager when necessary.
- Lead the CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring synchronization across multiple business units connected to Sales Cloud; maintain existing integrations and coordinate additional integrations as required.
- Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to uphold KPMG's respectful and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- At least eight years of recent experience using agile methodologies to implement Salesforce solutions (including Marketing Cloud, Intelligence, SFMC Connector), with expert knowledge of Marketing Cloud Pages, Microsites, Forms, and Form Processing.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Proficient in SQL with complex data extensions, data views, and relationships in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Extensive knowledge of Marketing Cloud APIs, Data Extensions, and Marketing Cloud SFTP; deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud AmpScript; ability to utilize code snippets effectively.
