Yeetiq is seeking a passionate Sales/Product Trainer to spearhead the design and execution of comprehensive training programs tailored for our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate high-quality training programs that enhance client engagement.
- Ensure adherence to the company's onboarding processes and established standards.
- Conduct thorough skills gap analyses, providing evaluations and recommendations for training enhancements.
- Design and prepare engaging training materials, curricula, and reports, evaluating outcomes post-training sessions.
- Develop both physical and digital educational resources (videos, case studies, etc.).
- Collaborate with HR in onboarding newly hired sales representatives.
- Participate in skills development, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to assess the strengths and areas for improvement of each sales representative.
- Gather and analyze feedback from trainees and managers regarding training effectiveness.
- Engage with external trainers and industry experts to organize informative seminars and product updates.
- Maintain organized records of training materials, curricula, and associated costs.
In this role, you will closely collaborate with our sales personnel to identify on-the-job challenges and propose effective strategies to boost productivity. You will report directly to the Operations Director, playing a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance of our sales teams and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to achieve their goals.
