About the Role
Your Impact
At Olly Olly, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to spearhead the onboarding process for our sales representatives. As the first point of contact for new sales hires, you will deliver engaging and results-oriented training that empowers them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in their roles.
This hands-on position involves conducting live training sessions, facilitating call simulations, and providing both individual and group coaching across our three office locations. Collaborating closely with Sales Leaders, Enablement, RevOps, Product, and Marketing teams, you will ensure that training is relevant, aligns with business objectives, and meets performance expectations.
Your success will be evaluated not only through participant feedback but also by how swiftly and effectively new hires transition into high-performing sales representatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, pace, and expectations from day one.

Key Responsibilities
New Hire Training & Onboarding
- Take full ownership of the new hire training process for the sales organization, from inception to graduation.
- Conduct engaging, outcome-focused training sessions covering our products, sales protocols, tools, and company culture.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to foster skill development, confidence, and accountability.
- Lead role-plays, call simulations, and script practice to prepare reps for live calls.
- Oversee hands-on management during “phone days,” when trainees work as full-time Sales Representatives (approximately 10 days per month).
