Join Our Team as a Sales Trainee!
Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales with a dynamic company? The Sales Trainee (ST) position is an exciting entry-level role designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the sales field.
Upon successful completion of our comprehensive training program, you will have the opportunity to interview for available Account Sales Manager (ASM) positions. If you meet performance standards and no ASM roles are currently open, you may remain in the ST position for up to 12 months or until a suitable role becomes available.
This at-will position allows for flexibility, as either you or the company can end the employment relationship at any time for any reason. High performance may lead to an extension of your training period if no positions are available.
Business Acumen
Gain a thorough understanding of Red Bull and its distribution processes, ensuring the brand's presence in the market. Protect and promote the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and display management.
Daily Preparation
Gather essential tools such as insights, displays, and pricing to effectively execute daily sales strategies. Communicate effectively with ASMs and DSMs regarding daily priorities, and engage in training with ASMs.
In-Route Support
Support our global strategy for in-store execution by measuring success against competition and conducting perfect store audits. Cover ASM routes as necessary and meet daily KPIs in sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising.
Off Route Support
Assist the team with audits, merchandising, and display building to drive sales effectively. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
