Join the Red Bull Team as a Sales Trainee!
As a Sales Trainee (ST), you will embark on a dynamic training journey designed to equip you with the skills necessary to succeed in a future role as an Account Sales Manager (ASM). Upon successful completion of our comprehensive training program, you will have the opportunity to interview for available ASM positions.
Should you complete the program and certification, and if an ASM position is not immediately available but your performance meets our standards, you may continue in your ST role for up to 12 months while awaiting the opportunity to advance into an ASM or another qualified position. If an ASM role becomes available, you will be required to interview for it. In the event that you do not transition to an ASM role by the end of the 12-month period, your ST role will conclude unless a performance-based extension is granted by management.
This is an at-will position, allowing either the company or the Sales Trainee to terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason.
Build Your Business Acumen
Learn the fundamentals of Red Bull and its distribution, including brand management and product rotation to maintain freshness.
Establish and nurture professional relationships with customers to drive sales and enhance the Red Bull brand.
Daily Preparation
Gather all necessary tools and resources, including insights, displays, and pricing strategies, to execute daily plans successfully.
Communicate effectively with ASMs/DSMs regarding daily priorities and engage in training sessions with ASMs.
In-Route Support
Implement global strategies for in-store execution, focusing on competition and perfect store audits. Provide route coverage as necessary and meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs) in sales, distribution, pricing, display, and merchandising.
Off-Route Support
Assist the team with audits, merchandising blitzes, and display building to drive sales effectively.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
