ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Member Accession Marketing Team in India plays a pivotal role in advancing Tide's footprint in the Indian market by acquiring and onboarding new members from SMEs. The team develops tailored marketing strategies to engage potential members, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and empowering them to utilize Tide’s array of financial and administrative tools. By implementing localized campaigns, nurturing strong relationships, and utilizing data for ongoing enhancement, the team aims to ensure Tide is the preferred platform for Indian SMEs.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Sales Team Lead focused on the UK market, your role will be to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Inside Sales Executives who engage with Tide’s UK business members. Your goal is to enhance performance, maintain quality standards, and achieve consistent commercial results across a portfolio of UK SMEs, ensuring that every interaction is impactful and aligns with Tide’s growth strategy.
You will collaborate closely with other Team Leads and Managers on cross-functional initiatives, providing constructive feedback to Product and Marketing teams while helping to scale new projects across our sales divisions.
