Your Responsibilities
- Efficiently process sales orders, send confirmations, and manage stock bookings.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Log and resolve customer complaints or non-conformances.
- Assist field sales with CRM administration, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.
- Provide administrative support across HR, IT coordination, and finance tasks.
Qualifications
- Confidence in phone communication and excellent customer interaction skills.
- Highly organized, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance productivity and minimize obstacles.
Essential Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service.
- Experience in a B2B environment.
- A-Level qualification or an equivalent standard.
Desirable Skills
- Previous sales support experience.
- Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes.
- Experience with ERP systems for sales order processing.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £33,000.
- KPI-related bonus potential with a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £36,000.
- Standard working hours of 40 hours per week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
