Your Role:
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for key account meetings.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.
- Manage correspondence and communication with key clients.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate reports detailing key account performance and activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key clients.
- Assist the Key Account Manager in customer communication and follow-up.
