About the Position
We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Supervisor for our boutique located in Georgetown DC. As a vital leader within our team, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and nurturing outstanding customer relationships. Your leadership will motivate your team to create unforgettable and elevated in-store experiences, reflecting the prestige and excellence of our brand.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Store Leader/General Manager to execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance, increasing revenue, and maintaining exceptional guest service standards. You will not only guide and inspire your team but also manage essential operational functions such as inventory oversight, visual merchandising, and shipment processing to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
With a collaborative mindset, you will also engage in market and brand initiatives including promotional events, activations, and store openings. You will utilize technology and systems such as Shopify, Endear, and Slack to enhance store operations. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee customer experiences and support your team's development while effectively managing pressure and operating independently.
Position Requirements
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, guide, and work collaboratively with teams to meet both individual and organizational objectives.
- Relevant experience in retail or customer-focused roles, showcasing a strong track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences; experience in related categories is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Active presence on the sales floor, with the physical capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds to ensure operational excellence and an enhanced customer experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Hourly Pay: $20 - $24
