As a Sales Strategy & Operations Associate within our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions division, you will address key challenges faced by our sales organization, ranging from developing go-to-market strategies to refining operational processes aimed at enhancing value for both our sales team and customers. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration to extract insights from data, design scalable solutions, and empower our sales team to work more efficiently.
You will closely partner with sales leaders to evaluate business performance and generate actionable insights focused on revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will also lead and manage operational and planning processes, such as territory assignments and sales target setting, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive impactful business decisions.
