We are looking for enthusiastic team players to connect with potential new clients and guide them in their sporting development and goal setting. We will equip you with all the necessary skills, and we seek your motivation and passion for engaging with others.
Your Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to golfers of all skill levels.
- Conduct initial discussions about their golf game and skills.
- Provide guidance on potential support and coaching at our academy.
- Plan and prepare appointments for other sales representatives and coaches.
- Occasionally attend golf tournaments and events.
No prior sales experience? Changing careers?
Don't worry! We provide comprehensive training during the onboarding process. Prior knowledge in sales is not mandatory. Our internal training system includes advanced training sessions to ensure your success.
Base Salary for Full-Time Setter: €3,000 gross monthly plus annual commission payments.
